Deposit of PHP 100,000 after 95% of renovation we will schedule collection of initial raw materials and machines, the payment of the rest will be done before the collection.
How long is the partnership contract valid and are there management fees?
The contract is valid for 3 years (FREE management fees for the first 3 years) and can be extended by paying a management fee per year.
For contractors and shipping (expeditions), is it from the Ai-CHA team or partners?
Partners are free to choose their own contractors and shipping services (expedition). This is done because we want partners to have the freedom to choose these services at a price and performance that suits the partner’s wishes.
Are staff for partner outlets provided by Ai-CHA?
Partners recruit staff for their outlets independently, but Ai-CHA will provide training to partner staff and ensure partner staff have good competency to carry out operational activities at partner outlets.
